Ross, Ryan and Jenna travelled south to Robin Hood country for round 1 of the 2010 NPS mountain bike race. The course was very fast, very flat and in Ryan's words - "had some good swoopy bits".

A few famous faces were spotted including Liam Kileen and Oli Beckingsdale.

Racing started at 10am for our three and yes we did remember to put the clocks forward! Ryan and Ross looked very nervous on the line but both got a good start. They had to race for 3 laps of the course. Ryan managed to get into the leading group from the start and went on to win his first NPS race. Ross suffered a bit of bad luck, having to stop and clear his gears and finished in 13th place.

Jenna who is always more relaxed got a super start and although she fell off twice and suffered a puncture during her second lap, completed her race in 3rd.

All three enjoyed their weekend down south.
