Stewartry Wheelers is a club for cyclists in the Stewartry of Kirkcudbright. We aim to cater for cyclists of all ages and inte rests, organising social rides, time trials and races both on road and off.

The Stewartry is a wonderful area for cycling, with magnificent scenery, quiet roads and several Olympic- quality prepared mountain-bike routes.

Time Trial results, 15th September

On 15th September Stewarty Wheelers ran our last Wednesday evening timetrial of the season, over the ten mile course from Craignair Bridge to Orchardton and return.

Steve and Dean Martin, riding two up, achieved the very creditable time of 26 minutes 40 seconds. Individual riders times were:

The light is now too poor for evening time trials until the spring, but we hope to run a full season of weekly evening time trials next year.
